This workshop will introduce the My Health Record system and explore its features and functionalities. The workshop will prepare participants to engage with the system and integrate it with their clinical workflow. Will include breakout groups with Pharmacy, Allied Health, Aged Care and Specialists who may be new to the My Health Record system working with Donna from the Digital Health Agency and GPs and practice staff who may already use the My Health Record working with Leigh, Digital Health Manager with the PHN to reinforce the benefits of accessing and using the My Health Record.

Learning Outcomes:
• List the features and benefits of the My Health Record System for Health Providers and application to patient management.
• Describe how to communicate the benefits to consumers.
• Describe how to get connected either via clinical software or the Provider Portal.
• Describe the privacy and security measures taken to protect My Health Record and how to discuss privacy concerns with patients.
