External CPD Event - Health Education and Training (HETI) - Rural Teaching on the Run workshop (Dubbo)

Rural generalist supervisors and teachers are invited to this rural Teaching on the Run program designed to increase competence and confidence of rural doctors who supervise and teach junior staff.

The program consists of eight learning modules delivered through online components and face-to-face workshops.

The workshops assist participants to identify teaching opportunities in busy clinical environments, and share knowledge and skills more effectively. The workshops use a range of teaching techniques including discussion, video, small group work and reflection.
