External CPD Event - Cervical Screening Upskilling & Implanon NXT® Insertion & Removal (Broken Hill)

Family Planning NSW will run a Cervical Screening Upskilling workshop followed by Implanon NXT® Insertion and Removal workshop.
*Doctors and eligible Registered Nurses can register for
either one or both workshops.
Cervical Screening Upskilling
Consists of online component, a face to face workshop with case studies and two cervical consultations with practice patients.
Pre-reading and related activities are made available online one week prior to attendance at the workshop. It is estimated these activities will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
Suitable for Doctors and Registered Nurses with previous experience in cervical screening.
Implanon NXT® Insertion and Removal Training
Implanon workshop with insertion and removal practice on model arms.
Suitable for Doctors and Registered Nurses with local anaesthetic experience. Nurses please fill in this brief eligibility questionnaire here.
