It has never been so pertinent a time to be able to accurately recognise, work-up, formulate a differential diagnosis and manage a patient presenting with acute respiratory decompensation. This presentation will cover assessment of the respiratory patient from a physiological perspective, with a focus on common respiratory presentations and management of the COVID-19 patient.
