Video Call Training and Familiarisation
Webinars are a great way to learn online. A Video Call specialist will step you through
- what the Video Call page looks like,
- where to find information you may need,
- how to make a call and
- how to customise (configure) Video Call to have it reflect your health service.
You can ask questions during the webinar through a 'chat' function.
Webinars are run regularly. If you can't attend the times available, you can watch a pre-recorded webinar (but of course you won't be able to ask questions). Each webinar runs for about an hour.
