Gabriele has been working within the medical industry for many years and has seen the shift to the "better informed" patients of today. She has completed a Diploma of Business Management, Certificate IV in Business, and has participated in an emotional intelligence workshop & assessment. This has given Gabriele great insight into different personality types in the work place and applies this knowledge in her day to day running of a general practice.
