The Western NSW Primary Health Netowrk (WNSW PHN) is pleased to partner with AGPAL to deliver this workshop to support your practice team’s journey from the RACGP 4th to 5th edition Standards.

This workshop will:

• Highlight the changes between the 4th and 5th edition Standards
• Outline the new Standards structure and concepts
• Identify and interpret the new 5th edition Indicators with discussions to determine how your practice team mayalready be meeting these evidence requirements

• 1.00pm - RACGP Standards 5th edition: Quality Improvement Module
• 1.45pm - RACGP Standards 5th Edition: GP Module
• 2.45pm - Accreditation Hub
• 3.30pm - Evaluation and Close

Learning Outcomes:

• Interpret the intent of the RACGP 5th edition Indicators
• Identify requirements to meet the intent of the RACGP 5th edition Indicators and variousways in which the intent could be met
• Transition to an ‘outcome-focused’ and ‘patient-centred’ approach to quality improvement
• Reflect on own general practice and identify how the practice could better meet the intent ofeach new 5th edition Indicator
• Implement strategies that promote quality improvement and patient safety within the practice
