Daphne is a governance professional with 15 years’ experience within the government sector in Australia and the UK. Daphne has contributed comprehensively to the establishment, implementation and the review of effective governance, risk management and business continuity management frameworks for a variety of organisations.
Penny is one of Centium’s Directors and has a long history partnering with Government agencies at all levels, including the health and emergency services sectors. Penny has personally delivered and overseen emergency management and business continuity management engagements for numerous public sector organisations.
Presentation by David Parsons SME in Disaster Preparedness
David has an extensive career in the field of emergency management at local, state and national levels as well as the corporate sector. David has a completed a Master in Emergency Management, Leadership in Crises Program at Harvard University, Emergency Management Fellowship at Emergency Management Academy, New York, Bachelor of Education, Lessons Learnt Program – North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

John has been an executive director for Healthpoint since its establishment in 2004. He has worked in a number of large multi-national organisations including a fortune 500 company in New Zealand, Australia and internationally and independantly consulted to a number of companies throughout Asia Pacific. He has been working with Healthpoint’s emergency planning, business continuity platform for over seven years in both Australia and New Zealand in the health sector and across a broad industry base. John has a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) and an executive MBA.
