(WNSW PHN) Unintended Pregnancy - Pathways in Primary Care

This meeting will combine practical education regarding pregnancy options care in a primary health care setting, including MS-2Step™ prescription and follow up, as well as the opportunity to meet and network with key local health district staff who will be staffing the WNSWLHD Termination of Pregnancy Care pathways within the region.

 Learning Outcomes

  • Understand options for unintended pregnancy care in NSW
  • Develop confidence in managing abortion consultations
  • Understand the process for delivery of medical abortion in a primary care setting
  • Understand legal obligations of health practitioners with regard to abortion care
