In this seminar, Stefan will compare and contrast two different approaches taken by leading Swedish hospitals to widespread adoption of value-based health care: "big-bang" vs incremental. He will identify the risks and key success factors in each approach and discuss the circumstances under which to choose each approach. He will conclude with advice on assessing organisational readiness for value-based transformation.
