We are in the midst of the OMICRON wave. The situation is confusing and in constant flux. There are many practical and clinical challenges facing us and more than a few questions as Australians have been told to "take personal responsibility".

Join Prof Kristine Macartney for the upcoming Healthed webcast where I will outline the current state of play in our efforts to contain the effects of the OMICRON wave. I will explain where we are at with the childhood vaccination strategy and answer the common questions that GPs and their patients have raised. The situation with RAT and PCR testing is also a cause for significant uncertainty. I'll do my best to clarify how best to use these tests and address the practical issues of access and interpretation.
