The University of Queensland’s Centre for Online Health in conjunction with the Australasian Telehealth Society is pleased to announce plans for the 2018 International Conference on Successes and Failures in Telehealth (SFT-18). SFT-18 and the 9th Annual Meeting of the Australasian Telehealth Society will be held at the Darwin Convention Centre from 22-24 October 2018.

Program

  • Monday 22 October:   Optional Workshops & Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday 23 October:   Plenary & Concurrent Sessions, Trade Exhibition and Conference Dinner
  • Wednesday 24 October:   Plenary & Concurrent Sessions and Trade Exhibition

Call for abstracts

This year, the program will offer optional workshops and the choice of presentations in the categories of formal research and clinical case reports. Sessions will also be structured to
encourage audience participation with question and answer sessions; and panel discussions on specific topics of interest.

The SFT program will offer a diverse range of presentations on a variety of important telehealth formats, and also an industry showcase session, poster presentations and telehealth demonstrations. The scientific committee particularly encourages submissions relating to the clinical use of telehealth across a range of settings including tertiary
level centres, small rural hospitals, general practice, residential aged care
facilities, in the home and within Indigenous communities.
